The apartment is fully air conditioned and includes a designated underground parking space which is particularly useful in the height of summer. The complex has two access points on either side and there is a long ramp for a wheelchair (but quite steep) for access from the supermarket side of the complex. There are many plants throughout the urbanisation making it a pleasant walkway. This property is walking distance from the famous Puerto Banus and there are many bars and restaurants within walking distance.

La Maestranza is a lovely development of apartments styled to reflect traditional Andalucian architecture with its Morroccan influences. It is about fifteen minutes walk to the harbour of Puerto Banus making it ideal for accessing the beaches close to the marina and of course to the nightlife of the area itself. For convenience, there is a supermarket and small shopping centre with a short walk of the apartment. Immediately outside the development are a number of bars and restaurants and the golf courses of Nueva Andalucia such as Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, and La Quinta which are a short drive away. La Maestranza is a good location when wanting to explore the Andalucia area as it is quite central. A car is the best way however we do also offer many organised trips and excursions to our guests. Puerto Banus has many bars, restaurants and plenty of nightlife available plus many great designer shops. Marbella is a few kilometres down the road where there are many more shops and pretty streets. The old town of Marbella is very pretty with its narrow streets.
